The Cerro Vecchio apartment is the “Little one” of our structure (95 square meters) is ideal to accommodate 4 to 5 people, is located on the ground floor with separate entrance. It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and everything you need) with adjoining living area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a nice sitting area with TV. There is no air conditioning but because there is no need because the thick walls of the house guarantee an ideal temperature. There is the possibility of adding a bed if you need it. It overlooks the swimming pool directly and the entrance is facing south. The view that can be admired from here while eating outdoors is really beautiful.
Each apartment has a shaded private area outside, equipped with tables and chairs for dining comfortably in the open air and deckchairs in which to relax.
Guests of each apartment have access to the swimming pool 7 × 10 meters. reserved (in the pool we do not accept daily visitors who do not stay to ensure a decent space) with a sunbathing area, an area equipped with games for children, Wi-Fi, a barbecue area and some mountain-bike for walks or hikes through the paths. In addition, the structure has a charming stone tavern with arches where it is possible to organize meetings, dinners, birthdays and so on.
